The indicated price refers to the assignment of the license to use our modules distribuited under Copylefted Software License, or for the others "Service Packs". Please provide all the necessary tax information for the Invoice, with particular reference to: First Name and Surname or Company Name, VAT ID and Tax Residency Address.
We guarantee support by email exclusively for eventual problems of installation and configuration of our module in a single website. for the installation, configuration and/or possible direct uninstallation of the module by one of our technicians it will be necessary to purchase one of the "Install and Configuration" packages.
The support service does not cover any problems that arose after our first intervention, for whatever reason, any problems arising from update, downgrade or backup restore or modifcation of the files of the prestashop version or of the website in general or problems arising from conflicts with other modules already existing or subsequently installed, as it does not cover sites other than the first one, sites with multisites configuration and/or problem related to the redirect 301.
In these last case it will be necessary to reacquire for each site the specific "Support Service Additional WebSite" to receive assistance regarding issues related to the installation and configuration of our module and to receive an evaluation of the cost of our direct intervention for the resolution of all other cases/problems encountered and/or reported.
Our module (except for impediments due to setting permissions of files provided by your server configuration) automatically rewrites the structures of the various root urls in the "Traffic and SEO" section of prestashop according to the optimal logic for SEO. You are free to announce them at your pleasure but in this case we do not guarantee its perfect functioning and we disclaim any responsibility, support and return of the amount paid. The packages offered do not include the Redirect 301 of old urls to new ones without ids, the correction/modification of the urls entered manually, in other modules, banners, sliders, etc and, again, the elimination/arrangement of any duplicate urls (categories and products) that our module is limited to report, in " Configuration ", so that the customer can autonomously provide for their elimination / arrangement. The foregoing can be contracted separately, subject to a special offer, at the request of the client. The "Redirect 301" package and the "Module + Support + Redirect 301" package include the provision of an illustrated manual in .pdf format containing the code and the related instructions for the implementation of a redirect 301 using the .htaccess file. Others types of redirect 301 can be separately contracted, at the request of the customer, after a specifc offer. Our support service will not cover issues that arise from conflict with other modules already installed or later installed, conflicts with theme files different than the default theme, or changes made to files of the default theme or the commercial theme used, loss of data, etc, except for the payment of a specially agreed sum and the sum paid for the "non-exclusive sale of copyright and the acquisition of the license for use" will not be refunded. As specified on the distribution page, our module allows you to set slugs of duplicated subcategories, even without ID, although this is not recommended for SEO optimization. “The duplication of the urls of the sub-categories in the absence of id, in addition to being discouraged for SEO optimization, is a considerable forcing. In these duplicate categories, in different themes from the default one, there may be problems with correct functionality of filtering and sorting. We therefore advise against duplication and decline any liability and support, as well as recrimination, for this matter.“
